This Arita ware donabe features a unique Karatsu-style flow ing glaze. Suitable for direct flame, it serves 3 to 4 people and is ideal for hot pot dishes. Donabe pots distribute heat evenly, enhanc ing the flavor of ingredients. When us ing the pot for the first time after purchase, boil it with rice water to seal the surface. After use, dry it thoroughly before stor ing. Avoid heat ing when empty. Not compatible with induction cooktops.
